Government Tactical Solutions (GovTact) has been recognized by the 2025 VETS Indexes Employer Awards for the second year in a row.
The VETS Indexes Employer Awards recognizes the commitment of an organization’s recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community. This in-depth survey program analyzes employers’ policies, practices, and outcomes across veteran job candidate recruiting and hiring, veteran employee development and retention, veteran-inclusive policies and culture, support for members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouse/family support.

GovTact has also been recognized for its veteran culture by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Service Awards, as a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certified company, a Military Spouse Employment Partner (MSEP), and four-time HIRE Vets Medallion Award winner.
