Virginia Business Magazine named Government Tactical Solutions (GovTact), a national security firm, a 2024 Best Place to Work in Virginia. This is the second year in a row the company has received the designation.
The 2024 Best Places to Work in Virginialist is made up of 100 companies and is based on a two-part survey process. The first piece evaluates companies’ policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second piece surveys the companies’ employees on their feedback and experience with values, leadership, corporate culture, communications, role satisfaction, work environment, training, benefits, pay and overall engagement.
